The Presence indicator tells your colleagues whether you're free or busy at a given time. Instant messaging allows you to chat in real time. Your contacts list allows you to group your colleagues and organize their contact information.

You can answer, decline, or forward calls, join conference calls, make video calls, and record meetings.

Meet and Share Online

You can share voice, video, or your computer's desktop with your contacts whenever you wish. You can also use Outlook to schedule online Lync meetings. For colleagues who don't have Lync installed, Lync Web App allows them to participate in online meetings as well.

Set Options

You can adjust audio settings, set call forwarding, change your PIN, and more.
