The University Microsoft Campus Agreement Enrollment provides Microsoft software across the University. This campus-wide enrollment covers all three U of I campuses and provides Microsoft licenses at the best possible cost to the University. 

The agreement allows for unlimited installation on all University-owned computers for the following.

Windows Upgrade, downgrade rights included.

Volume License Office for both Mac and PC, downgrade rights included. (versions prior 2019)

Office 365 named user and device based subscription activation.

For eligible Faculty and Staff personal computers:

• Office 365 for Mac, PC, Android, and IOS. (up to 15 devices)

For Student personal computers:

• Windows 10 and 11 Education Edition (one offer per Student)
• Office 365 for Mac, PC, Android, and IOS. (up to 15 devices)
