Classroom Technologies, Usage Guidelines for Classroom Technology

Technology enhanced classrooms are available for use by Illinois faculty, staff, and students for instruction as well as events that support the academic mission of the University of Illinois.

Training

Training by Technology Services staff is strongly encouraged. Training sessions are approximately 20 to 30 minutes long and take place in your assigned classroom at your request. Training requests need to be submitted no later than two business days before the intended use of the equipment. Arrangements for training are made through the training request form. Specialized Software

If you need specialized software to be installed, you must make this request at least 10 days in advance. You will also be required to provide a licensed copy of the requested software or the URL of the web site for a free download. Inquires or requests should be made through the software request form found on the Technology Services classroom support page
