Webstore, ESRI ArcGIS software license is in need of a repair operation

I'm using ESRI ArcGIS software. I am getting the error message that "The ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced license is in need of a repair operation. Please access the ArcGIS Administrator to repair your license." What should I do?

Under C drive > Program Data >there is a folder called FLEXnet.

Rename that folder to FLEXnet_old.

Open Arc GIS Administrator Wizard which will create a new FLEXnet folder.

Download and run the license file.
