If you request an item be shipped to you and you do not receive it within 21 days from the date it was shipped (the minimum time before USPS considers the item lost), insurance rules require that you report the item as lost to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items reported after 60 days cannot be replaced or refunded.Items may not be shipped outside of the United States.Credit card purchases can generally be cancelled, returned, and refunded up to 30 days from the date of purchase ( unless stated otherwise on the offer) as long as the product is in new, unopened, unused, and resellable condition.
