Webstore, Purchase not Found In Order History

I’ve placed an order for software or someone ordered software for me, but I cannot find it under My Order History. How do I access this purchase?

Reasons why you may not see your order in your WebStore order history.

If you do not see the purchase under Order History, you might not have clicked the Place Order button during the purchase process.

Your credit card order may not have completed properly. Please contact WebStore to confirm your order.

When someone orders the software on your behalf, such as an administrative assistant, then the order details are in the purchasers WebStore order history.
The order can be transferred from the purchaser to the end customer. The purchaser should email the end customer's netID and order number along with a request for the transfer to WebStore.
