Four Winds Interactive Support Resources

FWI Community Website

Four Winds Interactive (FWi) provides support through their FWi Community site. Note that a user account is required to use the community website: a login can be requested from their contact page: https://www.fourwindsinteractive.com/contact-support using your University of Illinois email address as your FWi login.

Documentation: Digital Signage Services at Illinois uses Content Manager and Content Player software from Four Winds Interactive (FWi). All documentation from Four Winds Interactive is provided through FWi Community which requires a separate login to use.

Contacting FWi directly is also a supported option. Support requests to FWi should be directed to  their web-form https://www.fourwindsinteractive.com/contact-support or contact numbers: (720.259.5000 or 1.877.204.6679).  As of April 2017 Four Winds Interactive will no longer accept direct email support requests via the support@fourwindsinteractive address.


FWi Cloud

FWi Cloud is primarily used by Digital Signage Services for managing player licenses; however, the site also offers some ability to manage player devices. The university has a limited number of licenses for accessing FWi Cloud that can be assigned to the primary signage manager for units that use the service. For access, please send an email request to digitalsignage@illinois.edu and we can work on configuring FWi Cloud access.
