Dialing instructions for RightFax and Centrex

RightFax Instructions: 

Local and Long Distance Numbers

• Dial a 10 digit telephone number for ALL outbound calls, including calls to local numbers.
• DO NOT dial "9" or "1" when using RightFax to fax a local number or long distance number. 
  • EXAMPLE: 800 555 5555

International Numbers

• For dialing international long distance, you need to dial 011 plus country code, city code and local telephone number.
  • EXAMPLE: 011 81 3 8888 5555

Centrex (Physical Fax Machine) Instructions:

Local and Long Distance Numbers

• Centrex requires you to dial a 9 plus 1 plus a 10 digit number for all local and long distance calls. 
  • EXAMPLE: 9 1 800 555 5555

International Numbers

• Dial 9-1-011 plus country code, city code and local telephone number.
  • EXAMPLE: 9 1 011 81 3 8888 5555
