TEM, Resource Page and Support

I'm having trouble with TEM and it isn't a password issue.

Please note that if you are off-campus trying to access TEM, you must use the CISCO AnyConnect VPN client  (with the TUNNEL ALL setting)available on https://webstore.illinois.edu/.

Please start the VPN before you open your browser to connect to TEM. If you are still having trouble, please try an alternate browser.
