Maintenance Windows

During part or all of the following maintenance windows, EPS services may be down or degraded.

Service Maintenance Window Advance Notification to Stakeholders
Dell Data Protect (DDP) Tuesday - Thursday, 7 AM - 8:30 AM 2 Business Days
Munki / MunkiReport Monday through Sunday, 7 AM – 9 AM, and during AITS Linux patching windows (generally Sunday) 12 hours for unit provisioning;
2 business days for all other changes
MECM During AITS Windows patching windows (generally Thursdays after 5 PM) 2 Business Days
Workspace ONE Tuesday - Thursday, 7 AM - 8:30 AM 2 Business Days
WSUS Tuesday - Thursday, 7 AM - 8:30 AM 2 Business Days



Backup Windows

Every day during the following times, access to services and service consoles may be degraded while backups are prepped and performed. Most services are minimally impacted for less than 10 minutes during the time window.

Dell Data Protect (DDP) 8:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Munki / MunkiReport 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM
MECM 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM
Workspace ONE 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM
WSUS 8:00 PM - 8:30 PM
