Where can I get help with Citrix?
Citrix is an internet service that enables the use of Windows applications from a variety of platforms without needing to install them locally.
Remote software run through Citrix Workspace is dependant on a connection to a server; there are currently two Citrix servers operated by the University.
UIUC AnyWare is the Citrix instance operated by Technology Services. Some software acquired from the WebStore is distributed through UIUC AnyWare.
It can be connected to via Citrix Workspace at the address <uiucanyware.cloud.com>.

Engineering Workstations, or EWS, refers to either the Citrix instance or the computer labs on campus operated by the Grainger College of Engineering.
It can be connected to via Citrix Workspace at the address <citrix.engr.illinois.edu>, and may require a connection to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN to function properly. It is only available to College of Engineering students and employees, unless your account has otherwise been given access.
