Azure, Windows Virtual Desktop

How to configure windows virtual desktop in an azure subscription

Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop is a desktop and application virtualization service that runs on the cloud. You should be able to provision all necessary resources in the Azure portal and no longer require the Azure support team to create tenants or set RDS owners.

Make sure that your account has the Owner role assigned on the Azure subscription you will be using.

The virtual network the machines will connect to must be peered with the Technology Services ExpressRoute connection in order to contact the Domain Controllers. More information on ExpressRoute connections can be found here: Azure, Networking ExpressRoute
