WebStore, Moving your items to a different ArcGIS Online account

With the implementation of University-wide single sign-on for ESRI ArcGIS Online, you may find the need to move your items from one account to another. ( This process works to move items between accounts that you own.)

In fact, we encourage everyone to use the Enterprise single sign-on and to move away from the ArcGIS invitation-only accounts.

If you had an ESRI ArcGIS Online account in the University Organization, you will find then none of your items appear in your new Enterprise account enabled with single sign-on.
