How do I verify someone's ID when they can't come in?
customers aren’t able to come in person to the Help Desk with a photo
ID, doesn't know anyone on campus (trusted proxy) , nothing is in ISA and all hope seems
This needs to be directed to a full-time staff member in the room with Banner access. The full-timer will try to verify their identity based on what they can access about their account via Banner and i-card – DOB, UIN, hire date, addresses , phone numbers, emergency contact, curriculum, etc. The full-timer will document this in the ticket as well.
