Kaltura, Video won't load, Error message

I'm having trouble viewing videos from Kaltura that are posted to my Compass 2g course. What can I do?

If you are on Xfinity/Comcast, the provider appears to be blocking some content. The appropriate group is looking into this.

Things to try:

1) Try viewing the video in a "private/incognito" browser.
Use "tunnel all" when asked which group to use.

If using the VPN doesn't work or the incognito window please give the following information to Tech Services (217-244-7000 or consult@illinois.edu) :

1) Browser version and time of trying to view the video (course/section or title, please provide link).
2) What is your ISP (internet) provider?
3) Operating system
4) An error message or what didn't work, please mention you tried the above steps
