If you are trying to join a Zoom meeting and receiving an error message about being an "unauthorized user," it is likely because you have not logged into your UIUC Zoom account using SSO (Single Sign-On). Open the Zoom app, then sign in with SSO. After you have signed in, try launching the course from Canvas again.
