Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign is a digital signature application that allows users to securely sign, initial, and enter other information on an electronic document rather than a physical copy. It is used when a legal, or "wet," signature is required on a document (examples include contracts, application forms, new hire onboarding forms, nondisclosure agreements, vendor onboarding documents and RFPs, change authorizations, and government benefits enrollment forms). With Adobe Sign, electronic documents are automatically routed through the approval process as they are signed, eliminating time lost while a paper document is routed from person to person.
Anyone can use Adobe Sign to sign documents that have been sent to them through the Adobe Sign system. Special access is needed only if you are generating documents that need to be signed. To request access, faculty and staff can email ischool-support@illinois.edu requesting access and sending it to the attention of Jen Anderson.
