Switching Zoom Accounts
Some users have multiple Zoom accounts. It may be necessary to switch from your personal account to your illinois.zoom.us account.
You will need to download the Zoom application to your computer. Using Zoom within a browser window will not work for the following steps.
The following information is for both Mac and Windows computers. If you do not use a Windows or Mac computer, please contact the Help Desk for additional assistance.
- Open the Zoom application on your desktop.
- Click your profile picture icon in the top right corner.
- Select Switch Account from the dropdown menu.
- Then follow instructions on how to sign in using SSO.
