iTravel - Booking Travel for Myself
This article provides step-by-step instructions to arrange employee travel using the iTravel Online Booking Tool.
- Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
- Select Travel from the Travel tab.
- Select the Flight/Train Search icon.
- Select one of the following options: Round Trip, One Way or Multi City.
- Enter your Departure City and Arrival City.
- Enter your Departure and Return dates.
- Select Time Preferences to specify departure dates.
- Use the Cabin dropdown menu to specify Economy or Business/First Class.
- Select the Include Accommodation checkbox to add a hotel to the search.
- Enter Destination, Dates, and Distance for the hotel search.
- Select Search Flights.
- Flight results can be Sorted by Price or use All Filters to narrow your search.
- Choose your Departure Flight and Select Fare.
- Choose your Return Flight and Select Fare.
- If you choose a Book Out of Policy fare, use the dropdown menu to select a reason.
NOTE: An explanation is not required. This is for tracking purposes only. - Select Select Seats.
NOTE: Seat maps will load when allowed by the airline carrier and chosen fare. - Select the Form of Payment and add or update as needed.
- Review the Fare Rules and Restrictions and then select the checkbox to accept.
- Select Book and Continue.
- Select the car company and type of vehicle that you want to rent.
- Select Select.
- Review the Traveler Information and select Book and Continue.
- Locate the hotel you want to book and select View Rooms.
- Review the room and rate options, deposit requirement, and cancellation policy before selecting Select.
- Review the Traveler Information and enter the Method of Payment.
- Review and accept the rate rules, restrictions, and cancellation policy before selecting Book and Continue.
- Answer the questions under Additional Information.
- Select Finalize Trip to complete the reservation.
