   • Five Colleges

3. Recent changes and improvements:

   • Updated "Custom URL" to accept minimal of 3 characters

   • Updated the "Group Logo Folder" to use the new attachment interface

   • Updated the image processing engine to fail gracefully with corrupt or unsupported image types

   • Fixed a mobile image rendering issue caused by inline CSS styles within IMG tags

   • Updated the "Organization Unit Name" to be optional on the SSL CSR and KEY generator page

   • Fixed a bug with "Schedule Publish"

   • Fixed an issue with "synonym map" (minimizing the use of lexical synonyms)

   • Updated local login interface to use a more modern UI

   • Updated the "Read Only Mode" screen for KB Admin Tool to automatically reload and not cache

   • Major performance improvement for full-text search

   • Retired the "Cross-site Search" feature

   • Fixed an issue with search terms containing characters such as  *, ~, @ etc.

   • Fixed a performance issue when IncludeDoc referenced the full URL of a KB document

   • Fixed an issue with News API request returning an invalid JSON responses

   • Fixed an issue with new doc creation in Firefox browser

   • Continuous security enhancements

     1. Blocked known botnet IP spaces

     2. Forward-deployed of application firewall to every single endpoints

     3. Updated attack pattern detection

     4. Hardened defences again cookie session ID injection attempts

     5. Optimized all queries so each request consumed as little resources as possible

     6. Disabled TinyMCE’s spellcheck plugin

     7. Enforced limits on site map pages (and routing traffic to the secondary db server)

   • More security enhancements

   • More performance tuning

   • Batch Update improvement

   • Batch Access Change improvement

   • Clean-up of business logic associated with the legacy doc editor
