KB User's Guide - Documents Tab - KB Custom Class Names
This document lists KB custom tags for your reference. If an author inadvertently uses a class name that the KB uses for custom tags (e.g. class="internal"), it will have unintended results in the KB document. The following is a reference point for all such existing classes the KnowledgeBase has to offer.
Linking
In a document or news item, you may embed a link to; another KB document, News Item or Topic.
Including
In a document or News item, you may embed content from another, distinct, document or News Item.
Specific Content Restriction
In a document or news item, you may embed specific content to only be visible by a one of the specific subsets below.
Time and Date stamps
Embed a specific Date/Time information into your document.
Identify the Last Document Activator or Updater
Placing this code in a document will automatically indicate the email address or name of the last person to update a document and the provide the numerical value representing the number of times a document is activated.
Restricted Visibility
The "Restricted Visibility" custom class allows a block of text to be visible only to a specified user who is a fully authorized internal user.
