Making changes to your PEAR profile, the platform used for sending encrypted messages.
PEAR is a service provided by AITS to the entire University of Illinois System.
Here is the main page about the PEAR service. There is a sentence in the middle: "You can access PEAR from here."
Click that "here" link on that page to log in. If you can successfully log in, but are not receiving PEAR messages, please check your mailrouting inside of PEAR per the below instructions and screenshot:
Once a user logs into PEAR, their name is underlined at the top right of the screen, and is hyperlinked. The user clicks on their name and that takes them to their profile. The first option is the preferred email where notifications are sent, so the students can change that in their PEAR profile.
