Zoom - Log In to UIC Zoom Web Interface
Log in to UIC Zoom account via web browser.
To participate in Zoom meetings, always authenticate via the Zoom local client. The local client has more extensive features not available via the Web client. The Web client login shown below is for first-time account activation, accessing Cloud recordings, or changing overall account settings.
- Go to uic.zoom.us
- Select "Sign In"
- The new window you see is called "Bluestem Authentication". Here is more information about how to log in at this screen.
Use your UIC netid and password and select "Log In".
- You should immediately see your UIC Zoom account as shown.
Note the red "UIC" button logo in the top left. If you click the "profile" icon in the top right, the small dropdown menu will show the word "Licensed" after your name and your UIC email address like "firstname.lastname@example.org".

To attend meetings and classes inside the College of Medicine, please authenticate using the local Zoom client you download and install on your laptop. There are necessary features that will not be available from the Zoom web client. See this article about correctly authenticating to your local Zoom client.
