How to Use the Lectern (Laptop) Input for Local Presentations at the Podium
VIDEO
1. Use the touch panel to wake the system and show the home screen.
2. Tap the Share screen button
3. Using your finger, swipe to the left to input labeled 'Lectern Input' tap Preview under it
3. Connect your laptop to the podium system using the blue HDMI cable located in the cable cubby
AUDIO
The podium mic is already configured to the optimum level for the room and cannot be made louder. The overall room audio for a source like the Lectern can be controlled by the master volume buttons on the bottom right corner of the touchscreen.
EXITING INSTRUCTIONS
When finished with an input, tap the previewing box and an option will appear to Stop preview and it will return you to the home screen
Tap CMET-367 in the top left corner and tap Standby
