Classrooms - AV - NPI 765 - video conferencing settings
NPI includes a room camera mounted on the wall directed at the podium/front of room to allow for remote viewers to see a presentation being given in the room. The room microphones are also connected to the podium system and can be used for video conferencing on the PC provided.
Playback Device (Speakers / Room Audio)
The device used for video conferencing should send audio to the room for the presenter and in-person attendees to hear.

Use the Speaker icon in the bottom right PC system tray
to see audio output options. -
Select "Crestron (Intel(R) Display Audio)"
to hear content from the PC in the room. - Turn this audio choice up to 100%.

Control room volume using the touch control panel on the podium.
- If you are video conferencing, verify inside the video conferencing platform that the same Crestron device is selected for Audio Playback/Speakers.
Camera
The Room Camera should be used to encompass the front of the room and to allow a presenter to face the in-person audience and be facing the camera to the extent possible.

you are using for your meeting. -
Go to Settings.

Go to Video Settings.

Select "Blackmagic Web Presenter."

Microphone
The Room Microphones should be used to encompass all room audio including puck mic on the surface of the podium and both handheld and lav mics for best audio quality on a video conference call.

Go to Settings.

Select "Blackmagic Web Presenter" microphone.
- Change other audio settings as you prefer.
