Endpoint Services, Adobe Acrobat Licensing Application Serial Number Error
Using Munki to resolve a known Adobe Acrobat DC licensing error.

With the February 2020 expiration of the Webstore device license for pre-2019 Adobe applications, some Mac users have begun seeing the following message when launching Adobe Acrobat DC:
Clicking 'OK' (the only available option) results in Acrobat DC quitting.
Adobe technical support has provided a resolution, which the EPS team has packaged for deployment via Multi-Tenant Munki.
The resolution involves copying an Adobe-provided preference file to /Library/Preferences/com.adobe.acrobat.pro.DC.plist. This file contains a single key, "IsNGLEnforced", set to "true".
The MTM package, adobe_acrobat_ala_fix, copies this preference file to the designated location. Add this item as a managed or optional install to the serial number manifest of an affected machine. Note that the installation requires a restart.
Because the underlying mechanism for this fix is only fully understood by Adobe support, EPS recommends that you deploy it only to affected machines, not to your entire Mac fleet.
