ClassTech, Document Camera Set Ups

This is information on using a document camera with the PC and Zoom or Skype for instruction.

In a room without lecture capture the document cameras will be plugged into the USB port on the PC if possible. Then the instructor will launch the Elmo Interactive Toolbox from the program menu. When they share their desktop during Zoom or Skype for Business on the PC instructors can select the document camera content in Zoom or Teams.

If the room has lecture capture the document camera is routed to the switcher and needs to stay that way for the lecture capture to record it.
