Zoom, Zoom Marketplace
This article covers information regarding the Zoom Marketplace. The Zoom Marketplace contains a variety applications that CAN be integrated with Zoom.
**These application integrations require approval from Technology Services. Please note that not every request for approval can be accommodated.**
For Most Approved Applications in the Zoom Marketplace:
- Most application integrations are NOT supported by Technology Services staff and some even require a separate license purchase. Please contact the software vendor or your local IT Support.
- Examples include: Otter.ai.
For Approved Applications Supported by Technology Services:
- Few Marketplace applications fall into this category. This category is reserved for application integrations with some existing Technology Services supported services. Please use the existing support channels for these integrations.

Approvals should be submitted by calling the Technology Services Help Desk at 217.244.7000 or emailing consult@illinois.edu. NOTE: Requests for approvals will take time to research.
