NetID Center, "User not found in Midpoint" error when changing password

When trying to change your password at (go.illinois.edu/reset), you receive the error "User not found in Midpoint".

Please ensure that you are typing your NetID only, rather than NetID@illinois.edu. Please also ensure that you are entering your NetID with no capital letters. If resetting your password on a phone or other mobile device, it may auto-capitalize the first letter, leading to the error.
