Vetstar - Rx Suppression

Issue: The drug appears on the procedure screen and rhx but not in 4 screen, rx screen nor doc worklist.  

Cause: User escaping out the Rx window without entering an Rx.

Suggested Action: Remove the charge/prescription and redo it.
