Department Card Manager - Search for a TCard in TCS

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to Search for a TCard in TCS

Only the Department Card Manager (DCM) or DCM Delegate can perform searches in the TCard Solution (TCS) system.

  1. Login to the TCS system at
  2. Click the Card Holder Maintenance link.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    1. Under Cardholder Information enter the employees name or UIN and click Enter.
    2. Under Card Parameters change status to Issued and click Enter to see all active cardholders.
    3. Leave all fields blank and click Enter to find all employees in the assigned org(s).
  4. Select any segment of the employee information listed to view the details.
  5. Click the Reset or Back to Search button to conduct another search.
  6. Click the Logout link to exit.
