List of EWS-recommended printer models

The following is the most current list of printer models recommended by EWS for use in departmental instructional computer labs. EWS cannot guarantee that models not listed here can be supported on EWS-supported computers. Please see the EWS Printing Service Comparison article for more details.

Due to supply chain interruptions caused by the pandemic, most standard printer models (and many other things) are either unavailable or backordered. Please contact ews@illinois.edu for an up to date list of available recommended and supported printer models.
