SANDI - Recalls, Health Tracking and Immunization History
The Recall / Reminder screen lists patient reminders, health tracking and Immunization history. You can print a Vaccine Certificate from here also.

To access Recalls/Reminders, Immunization History and Health Tracking, select the Recalls/Reminders arrow from the Patient Dashboard.
Recalls /Reminders
1. This will list all reminders for the patent with the date, recall code and description
Immunization History
2. All immunizations and relevant information is displayed.
Health Tracking
3. Displays all vaccines, boosters, etc.
Print Vaccine Certificate
4. Allows you to view and print a certificate (Details below).
Printing a Vaccine Certificate
- Select the Print Vaccine Certificate button
- Select Print
- Choose the printer you want to print to. (Your default printer will appear if you one set. You can also use the drop-down and choose a different printer.)
- Select Print
