How do I make changes to my Lync phone number? Who can change my calling policy in Lync? Why didn't I get activated on Lync? I should have more than campus dialing on Lync.
Requests for changes to Skype for Business phone numbers, activation, status, Skype for Business service type, or calling policy should be directed to a local telecom department manager. No Skype for Business account changes, creates, or deletions can be made without a Service Request from the Telecom Unit Coordinator (TUC) via Pinnacle. Every department unit has at least one TUC but could also have more than one. For groups with multiple TUCs any one will work.
