I am setting up a Skype for Business Video Conference but I can't get it set up so the attendees are held in the lobby until the start of the conference. They are automatically brought in as soon as they log into it.
When setting up a Skype for Business video conference to hold attendees in the "lobby" until the start of the conference you must change the Meeting Options. Select "Only me, the meeting organizer" to require all callers to wait in the lobby until admitted.
This must be selected in both the "These people don't have to wait in the lobby" and the "Who's a presenter" sections. The "These people don't have to wait in the lobby" section controls who gets into the meeting without having to wait in the lobby before the meeting starts, while the "Who's a presenter" section controls who is designated as a presenter in the meeting. This must be changed as well because presenters have the ability to invite others to the meeting and are therefore brought into the meeting automatically without being put in the lobby.
