Duplicate or Multiple UIN - Student/Staff/Employee
Student/Staff/Employee is having problems with their account. They believe they have more than one University Identification Number (UIN) assigned to them.
If you have a student, staff or employee that is having a problem with their UIN because they think they have more than one UIN number assigned to them, verify the account by doing a name, SSN and/or UIN lookup, using the I-Card website. If they have more than one UIN, then a Request will need to be sent to the group.
Having two UIN's will cause multiple problems. It will effect the student's records, email, employment records, EDW and I-card. The R&A group will communicate with the other areas involved to solve this problem.
