Banner - Invalid Pin Error

I am a student, when I try to logon to Banner and I receive an error: Invalid PIN.

If you receive the error, Invalid Pin, it means that there is a problem with your UIN number and the association with the student Enterprise ID.

AITS Security needs to fix this in the EAS application.

  1. Please click on the following link to Start a Ticket for AITS Security indicating that you are trying to logon to BANNER WEB SELF Serve and are getting: Invalid PIN error.
  2. Send an email to the following two email addresses to get the your UIN straightened out in the I-Card database:
