Banner - Workflow - Error Problems
What if I am getting an internal error or misconfiguration error?
If you are getting a error that indicates that the server received an internal error or misconfiguration error, please do the following:
Press - Refresh Button
Click - OK
This will send the work item transactions through to Workflow.
The workaround of selecting Refresh will allow you to continue your work. If this does not correct the problem and for all other errors related to Adjustment Processing Workflow or One Time Payment Workflow, create a ticket.
