Banner - Workflow - Access Issues/Problems

What if I have access to Workflow, however I am having problems accessing the application.

If you have been in Workflow, but are now having problems accessing the application, create a ticket by contacting the AITS Service Desk at (217) 333-3102 or (312) 996-4806 and they will create a ticket for you.

If you cannot get into Workflow even though your Unit Security Contact (USC) has granted you access, create a ticket by contacting the AITS Service Desk at (217) 333-3102 or (312) 996-4806 and they will create a ticket for you.
