Banner - Error Message Can't Find the Server at EAS.ADMIN.UILLINOIS.EDU

I am receiving an error message "Can't find the server at eas.admin.uillinois.edu" when trying to log onto Banner. I'm a remote user, I can get to all other websites and have tried different browsers.

If you are receiving an error message when trying to login to Banner, please go into the main internet connections associated with your cable/dsl connection. Make sure that your connection settings are allowing you to be redirected. To redirect, the Allow Redirect box must be checked.

If this fails or you cannot find the Allow Redirect, please call your ISPs technical support.
