Since Lync/Skype has been installed on my machine, HRFE has been having problems.
Users may be experiencing slow performance in HRFE in the IE browser.
From the menu, users will need to select Tools, and then Manage add-ons. They should disable the Lync/Skype Browser Helper and Lync/Skype Click to Call add-ons. Once the add-ons are disabled, the user should close all of their IE windows and then restart the HR Front-End application.
If they are still experiencing performance issues, then the ticket should be transferred to System-AITS TAM HR PAY group in Team Dynamix.
