Illinois Contract System - Adobe Access Error

End User with access to Remote Desktop Service (RDS) who attempt to open a .pdf document using RDS Adobe receive Access Denied error.

 

 

The following link will solve the problem for each individual user.  Each user that logs into RDS will need to perform these steps before opening iCS application.
