Mapped Drive - File Restore
If you have missing files from your mapped drive and need to have your files restored, please follow the directions listed below.
I need to have files restored. Something happened and files are missing from my mapped drive.
- Reboot your machine.
- If this does not correct the problem, please email AITS Service Desk at email@example.com or call them at (217) 333-3102 or (312) 996-4806 and they will send a ticket to the group for you. You will need to include the following information:
- Location of file(s) - Should not be your mapped drive letter (i.e. S:\\Docs). Please request your information in FQDN format (i.e. \\ui\obfs\files\GCO\docs).
- The date you would like it restored from. (28 days is the longest it can be restored.)
