EDDIE - Error Logging In
I am trying to log into EDDIE and received an error. The error states that the Enterprise authentication could not log me on.
Customers who are having authentication problems with logging into EDDIE receive the following error message:
This error message appears when a user does not have an EDDIE account. You will need to contact your Unit Security Contact (USC) and have him/her request access. To find your USC, please see the link below. Find you USC
