EDDIE - Error Logging In
I am trying to log into EDDIE and received an error. The error states that the Enterprise authentication could not log me in.
Customers who are having authentication problems with logging into EDDIE receive the following error message:
"EDDIE and Data Warehouse Password Management Application"
Our records indicate that you do not have a Business Objects or Data Warehouse Account. Please contact your Unit Security Contact (USC) to request access. You may also contact us via the online AITS Service Desk at http://www.aits.uillinois.edu/contact_us.
