Banner - FRM-92104 Error A Network Error or Server Failure Has Occurred
Some users will experience this error message:
Banner user walks away from session on their workstation for some time. Upon return, error message appears: FRM-92104: A network error or server failure has occurred.
This error message is received when users lose their connection to the network while working in Banner.
Examples of when users could lose connection, include locking their computer, putting computer to sleep/hibernation.
Contact local support and make sure machine does not go to sleep on lock for less than or equal to an hour. This may cause a loss of network connection while user is not actively logged in.
