ViewDirect - Missing Print Icon Buttons

ViewDirect users are logging into ViewDirect and cannot print from application due to missing printer icons on toolbar using Internet Explorer (IE)


To bring back buttons make following change to Internet Explorer:

1. Open Browser
2. Click Tools>>View Compatibility Settings

3. Add uillinois.edu
4. Click Add
5. Click Close
6. Restart Browser and log back into ViewDirect

Possible solution: Upgrade Browser.  Older browsers tend to have difficulty getting buttons to work.  Older versions of Internet Explorer or FireFox especially.
