Illinois Compass 2g, General course policy questions
A student has a question or issue about something within a course site that isn't technical in nature.
- Difficulty accessing an assessment, or other course material.
- Disputes over grades.
- Missed deadlines.
If the Instructor would like assistance with any of these issues, they must contact Technology Services directly. Technology Services will not be able to assist students with the above unless the Instructor initiates contact with Technology Services.
