Banner Administrative Forms error "ORA-28000: The account is locked"

Upon logging into Banner Forms, if you receive an error message "ORA-28000: The account is locked" then you will not be able to access the forms until your account is unlocked.

Have you recently transferred to a new job within the university?  If so then your Enterprise permissions may not have been transferred over with you.  Speak to the Unit Security Contact in your new department for assistance with transferring your permissions.

For further assistance with unlocking your Banner account, contact AITS Security and provide your EnterpriseID and UIN in your message.
