Web Intelligence - Unable to Refresh a Document Error - Status Shows "Disconnected"
If you're unable to refresh a document within Web Intelligence or the refresh button is grayed out, please ensure that you are logged into Web Intelligence and connected to the server prior to opening your Web Intelligence documents.
