Email, Exchange, Setting up an out-of-office message by proxy
The Technology Services Exchange team can set up out-of-office messages for individuals who cannot create their own (perhaps to due a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance). However, the request MUST come from the head of the department, an IT director, Office of Privacy and Information Assurance, or the CIO's office.
I need to set up an out-of-office message for someone who is unable or unavailable to set it up.
The Exchange team will need the both the NetID of the affected individual as well as the text of the message. Please send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
